Western League Summer CX Round 7 Results & Round Up
Cyclo-cross in the middle of summer? No even a hint of mud in sight just dust and warm evening sunshine?
This was the third CX event held at Odd Down and, to be honest, they’re turning into a bit of an institution. The mix of a great course (thanks designers!), large fields and a lot of volunteers from the club (monster effort by you all) and other locals, the course takes most of the day to set up, makes for a successful combo.
We really do enjoy the positive feedback from everybody post race. The returns for putting on CX races aren’t monetary that’s for sure so we’ll feed off the smiles and the fun factor instead. Everyone’s a winner.
