Getting ‘Honed’ at Odd Down Circuit
‘Twas good to get back up to the circuit for the 2nd club coaching session with El Presidente Pete Giddings (Honed Coaching) with some excellent support from Jeroen and Jon.
The racer types were drilled in echelon and paceline formations whilst the Sunday ride groups worked on bunch communication, safe riding etiquette and other techniques to keep them rolling along through the local countryside.
The coaching sessions have proved to very popular with plenty of positive feedback, as such we plan to do it all again later in the year if you missed out this time around. Of course, it will be free to all club members.
